What this is
Magnesium, B-complex vitamins and amino acids in a balanced fluid base, given over about 60 minutes in a quiet room in-clinic under physician supervision.
Magnesium is involved in muscle function and a wide range of enzymatic processes, and adequate magnesium status matters. That’s nutritional physiology rather than a claim that an infusion will make you sleep or make you calm.
Something honest about this one: the session itself is an hour where nothing is asked of you, and some people find that’s a good part of the value.
The more important part is the assessment. Persistent poor sleep, tension and stress are worth investigating rather than infusing. Sleep apnea, thyroid problems and anxiety disorders are all treatable and none is treated here. A physician looking at your labs may conclude you need a sleep study or a referral.
What the session involves
1. Assessment. Consultation, current labs, medication and supplement list, and a proper conversation about sleep and load.
2. A decision. Infusion, referral, or both. Sometimes neither.
3. The session. About 60 minutes in-clinic, physician-supervised, with monitoring.
4. Written findings. Including anything worth taking to your own doctor.
Who we’d typically consider this for
- Adults under sustained occupational or personal load who’ve had recent labs and want physician oversight.
- People whose assessment identifies a relevant micronutrient gap.
- Patients on disrupted schedules, including shift and cross-time-zone work.
- Adults who want an assessment as much as a session.
Who this isn’t for
- You have diagnosed insomnia, an anxiety disorder or another psychiatric condition, where that care belongs with the person providing it.
- You’re on sedative, anxiolytic or sleep medication without the prescribing doctor consulted.
- Your sleep problem is recent and worsening, which needs investigation.
- You’re pregnant or breastfeeding without obstetric input.
- You have a kidney concern, where magnesium load needs the renal pathway.
- You’re under 18.
What’s in it
| Component | Category |

| Magnesium | Electrolyte, dose per assessment |
| B-complex | Water-soluble vitamins |
| Amino acids | As indicated by assessment |
| Balanced fluid base | Hydration |
Risks and what to expect
Magnesium is the main consideration. Warmth or flushing during infusion is common and rate-related. Drowsiness afterwards is common enough that we’d suggest arranging how you’re getting home. In anyone with reduced renal clearance, magnesium can accumulate, which is why current renal function is a condition of starting.
Otherwise: cannula-site irritation and occasional light-headedness.
Session detail
₱10,000 per session, about 60 minutes plus monitoring, in a private room. Includes physician supervision, preparation, administration and monitoring. Assessment and labs separate.
Where the evidence stands
Magnesium deficiency is real and correcting it matters. The evidence that intravenous magnesium improves sleep or reduces stress in adults who aren’t deficient is limited.
If you’re sleeping badly, the interventions with the strongest evidence behind them are unglamorous and mostly free, and a physician here will go through those before recommending a session.

Questions people ask
Will this help me sleep?
- We’re not able to tell you that. What the assessment can do is check whether there’s a physiological reason you aren’t.
Will it help with anxiety?
- No, and we don’t offer it for that. Anxiety is treatable by people qualified to treat it, and we can help you find where to start.
Does a magnesium drip actually work for stress?
- Where there’s a deficiency, correcting it matters. Where there isn’t, the evidence is limited, and we’d rather you knew that before booking.
What are the side effects?
- Warmth or flushing during infusion, and drowsiness afterwards. Worth arranging how you’re getting home.
Is it relaxing?
- It’s an hour in a quiet room with a physician nearby. Whether that’s worth the price to you is a fair question to ask before booking.
Can I have it after work?
- Depends on the schedule. Ask when you book the assessment.
Do I need lab work?
- Yes, including renal function.
