BOOK NOWThe Integra Assessment
Before your visit
We’ll ask you to send any recent laboratory results and a list of current medications and supplements. If you don’t have recent labs, we’ll tell you which ones to have done.
The consultation
A physician reviews your history, your medications, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This is a conversation, not a form.
Review and discussion
The physician goes through what they’ve found, what it means, and what options exist, including options we don’t provide.
Written findings
You leave with a document summarising the assessment and any recommended pathway. It’s yours, and you’re free to take it to another physician for a second opinion. We’d encourage that for anything expensive.
What it costs

We charge for the assessment rather than offering it free because a free consultation is a sales meeting. This is a clinical one.
What it isn’t
- It isn’t an emergency service. If you’re acutely unwell, please go to a hospital.
- It isn’t a diagnosis of any condition, and it doesn’t replace the care of your existing physicians.
- It isn’t a commitment to buy anything.
If you’re arranging this for someone else
Common, and fine. The patient needs to attend, but you’re welcome to join, and we can arrange a separate call with you afterwards if the patient consents.
