Core Vitamin Infusion

The Core Vitamin Infusion at Integra Essenza is an entry-level physician-formulated intravenous infusion containing vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, magnesium and zinc in a balanced fluid base. It’s the least complex formulation on the clinic’s menu. Composition is set by a physician after assessment. ₱4,500 per session, in-clinic in Alabang.

What this is

The least complicated thing we offer. Vitamin C, B-complex, magnesium and zinc in a balanced fluid base, given over about 45 minutes in-clinic under physician supervision. No amino acids, no extended trace mineral panel, no additions that require a longer session.

If you’re new to infusion therapy and unsure whether it’s worth the money at all, this is a sensible place to find out, once an assessment has established that it’s appropriate.

What the session involves

1. Assessment. Consultation, current labs, full medication and supplement list.

2. Formulation. Composition and dose set for you. Sometimes the outcome is a recommendation for a different service, or none.

3. The session. About 45 minutes in-clinic, physician-supervised, with monitoring after.

4. Written findings. Reviewed, decided, costed, and whether a repeat makes sense.

Who we’d typically consider this for

    • Adults trying infusion therapy for the first time who want a physician’s read before spending more.
    • People whose assessment shows nothing that warrants a more complex formulation.
    • Patients on a defined maintenance cadence set by a physician. Adults who want the assessment and the documentation more than the infusion.
    • People stepping down from a more complex course.

Who this isn’t for

    • You have a kidney concern, in which case the physician will route you to a different pathway.
    • You’re currently unwell with something undiagnosed.
    • You’re seeking a specific outcome you’ve read about, which is worth raising at assessment before you pay for a session.
    • You’re pregnant or breastfeeding without obstetric input.
    • You’re under 18.

What’s in it

Risks and what to expect

The most common experiences are cannula-site bruising or irritation and mild warmth during infusion. Zinc can cause nausea if infused quickly, so it’s given slowly. Allergic reactions are uncommon, and a physician stays available throughout.

Where the evidence stands

The same honest position as the rest of the menu. Intravenous micronutrient replacement has a clear rationale where there’s a documented deficit or an absorption problem. In well-nourished adults the published evidence is thin, and a physician here will tell you which situation you’re in before recommending a course.

Questions people ask

Often you wouldn’t choose. The physician recommends one, and this is the recommendation more often than the price gap suggests.

It’s a simpler one. Whether a more complex formulation would do more for you specifically is what the assessment answers.

Cannula-site irritation, mild warmth during infusion, and occasional nausea if zinc is infused too quickly, which is why it’s given slowly.

Composition is reviewed at set points, and your physician will explain any change.

Yes. There’s no formulation here that skips it.
