What We Don’t Claim

This field has a reputation problem, and it’s earned. Clinics offering regenerative and wellness therapies routinely advertise things they cannot support. Patients and families, often at the worst moment of their lives, are asked to spend large sums on promises nobody could keep.

We’d rather tell you where our limits are before you spend anything.

We don’t claim to cure or treat disease

Nothing we offer is a cure or a treatment for any disease. Our supplements are food supplements, not medicines. Our infusion and regenerative programmes are supportive, and they are offered alongside medical care rather than in place of it.

We won’t tell you to stop your treatment

If you are under the care of an oncologist, a nephrologist, a cardiologist, or any other physician, we will not advise you to reduce, delay, or stop what they have prescribed. If anyone in this field tells you otherwise, we’d suggest leaving.

Where appropriate and with your consent, we’ll write to your treating physician so they know what we’re doing.

We don’t guarantee outcomes

Response varies between patients, and there are people for whom our programmes make no measurable difference. We won’t tell you the odds, because honest odds don’t exist for most of what we do.

We say no

We decline patients. Sometimes because a programme isn’t appropriate for their condition, sometimes because the evidence isn’t there, sometimes because the money is better spent elsewhere.

If we decline you, we’ll explain why, and the assessment fee still buys you a written opinion you can take to another doctor.

What we do stand behind

The assessment is thorough. The physicians are licensed and named on this site with their credentials. The preparations we use are sourced and documented, and we’ll show you that documentation. Our pricing is published.

That’s a narrower promise than most of our competitors make. We think it’s the only kind worth making.
