How We Work

Every patient starts the same way, whatever they came in for.

1 — Assessment

A physician reviews history, medications, and recent laboratory work, then discusses what’s appropriate. Written findings follow.

2 — Discussion

Options are explained, including options we don’t provide. Nothing is booked in the same visit unless the patient wants it.

3 — Programme, if appropriate

Where a programme is recommended, we set out what it involves, what it costs in full, and how long it takes before anything begins.

4 — Review

Programmes are reviewed at agreed intervals. Where there’s no measurable change, we say so.

Coordination with your doctors

With patient consent, we write to treating physicians so they know what we’re doing. We regard this as standard rather than optional.
